K-FIT is managed by FS/KKR Advisor, LLC, a registered investment adviser under the Advisers Act of 1940 that is jointly operated by KKR Credit Advisors (US) LLC and by an affiliate of FS Investments.
KKR Credit Advisors (US) LLC is a subsidiary of KKR & Co., a leading global investment firm. FS Investments is a global alternative asset manager investing across public and private markets on behalf of individual and institutional investors.
Structure
K-FIT is a non-exchange traded, perpetual-life BDC (“Business Development Company”) with a term of indefinite duration whose shares of beneficial interest are not listed for trading on a stock exchange or other securities market.
